Shipping

Orders will be shipped via Aramex courier services and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Returns Policy

Should you need to return a product to us, please contact our office on 07 8295678 or email info@artisanflorals.co.nz. All returns must be sent within 14 days of original invoice date.

Any returns other than defective goods must be returned in their original packaging & in its original condition.  For any damaged goods, please send through photos of the damage so this can be lodged alongside your credit note once issued.   No returns are available on SALE items unless they are faulty.

Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit

Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 10 working days of the receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.
